OPTION I:
Cashier's Check or Money Order made out to Dynasty Memorial Mortuary
OPTION II:
Dynasty Memorial Mortuary accepts Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express (plus surcharge) for payment on all funeral accounts. An additional 3.5% fee will be added for credit card payments to purchase the services, and merchandise will be collected for this service upon the conclusion of arrangements.
OPTION III:
Insurance Assignment... Proceeds from one or more life insurance policies that can be verified can be assigned to Dynasty Memorial Mortuary, if desired, in an amount sufficient to satisfy the funeral account. An additional fee of 10% will be added to all insurance assignments to purchase the services, and merchandise will be collected for this service upon the conclusion of arrangements.
