These packages represent the most common types of service provided by Dynasty Memorial Mortuary. Our ownership and management have taken the opportunity to combine these services and show them as a package price. There are services not included in the regular prices; our package price details are listed below, an option for services only offered Monday through Friday. Third-party items are not included in the package price unless otherwise listed. For example, flowers, cemeteries, newspaper obituaries, and all other items can be found with further explanation on our general price list, for it is the family's responsibility to fulfill the financial obligations of outside add-on pricing beyond the basic services and fees required for burial or cremation. Services listed in the packages are not interchangeable, and credit will only be given if used. Prices do not include upgrading the casket, outer burial container, or weekend/holiday services. The prices listed below will be able to lock in these prices below unless given authorization by ownership or management, and approval must be submitted in writing, including a detailed explanation:

What's Not Included: Silk Floral Arrangements– $400, Tri-Fold Programs – $600, Limo– $800/4HR, Escorts (3)– $750, Administration Fee– $300.00; Permit Fee– $300.00; Additional death certificates– $4.00 each (2 included in the package listed above). After three days of non-payment, storage or refrigeration of embalmed and not embalmed remains costs $200.00/day. If the loved one weighs 275-475 lbs, the base fee increases to $5,990.00; additional mileage ($5 per mile) if the service location is over 25 miles from the funeral home. Medical examiner funeral burial transit permit – $25.00; Publication (Programs, Memorial Cards, & etc.) Carrier fee – $175.00; Expedited Direct Burial Service or Expedited Direct Funeral Service - $500.00 (1-3 Business Days). Expedited Death Certificate- $150.00 (5-7 Business Days), Expedited Burial Transit Permit For Immediate Burial Service or Immediate Funeral Service require an additional fee - $175.00, Traditional Graveside Service or Traditional Funeral Service with Casket not provided by our firm requires an additional fee for inspection of condition for use of service- $500.00. Credit or Debit Cards will incur an additional 3.5% charge, and Insurance Assignments will incur an additional 10% charge. Cemetery Fees, Catering Services, News newspaper obituaries, and Other Cash Advances.

Relocation Protection

When you have a prepaid funeral plan with a Dynasty Memorial provider and wish to transfer the plan to another location, every detail of your plan moves with you. Our prepaid plans are transferable and will be honored by any qualifying Memorial or Funeral providers in America. Restrictions apply.

Lifetime Flexibility

If you place a life celebration with us, but at some point in the future, and for any reason, you would like to add to your plan with new arrangements, you can. With Lifetime Flexibility, if you want to make any changes to your plan, we are always available to discuss your many options. Restrictions apply.

Purchase Protection Plan

Should you pass away before your purchased pre-need policy is fully paid for, your family will receive some financial relief and adjustments. Our Purchase Protection Plan helps your family take care of any remaining balance and helps the overage not be overwhelming. Other restrictions may apply.

What is a Direct Burial or Simple Funeral?

A funeral without viewing, of any kind, and/or without a funeral ceremony or rite, before
the funeral. If you wish to have a viewing or funeral services prior, please contact a
Traditional Funeral Home to assist you with the arrangements.
What do I do in the event a loved one passes?

If a loved one passes make sure that you provide the facility with our Name and Phone number. Once we are notified by the facility or by you, we will begin to take your loved one into our care. We will collect the necessary information to complete the funeral packet to be emailed to you. This should be completed within a few hours of our notification. Our funeral packet will have further instructions and timelines when you receive it.
How do I pay for the funeral?

We make this part easy. Once we have the total price for the funeral and death certificates we will send you an email with the total and a convenient way for you to pay with your credit or debit card. Payment must be secured before the funeral can be performed. Payment should be made when the email is received. We are not able to "hold” until money can be gathered.

Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes realizes that you have many options when selecting a funeral home. If it is your wish to arrange a direct cremation, there is no need to pay the higher prices charged by the traditional full-service funeral homes or other cremation services. At Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes, we only do Direct Funerals. It is our mission to make the arrangement process as simple, convenient, and affordable as possible. We understand that the loss of a loved one is a difficult event and we do not wish to burden you with costly fees and long drawn-out

arrangements.

Special Conditions: To keep prices low, Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes only serve families who have had a loved one pass away in a Hospital, Nursing Home, Hospice Facility, another Funeral Home, at Home, or located at the Medical examiner.

Please keep in mind that Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes is a continuation of Dynasty Memorial Mortuary in which it contracts with other third-party crematories, mortuary transportation services, and embalming facilities for Funeral Homes. Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes do not service the public independently or directly and do not write pre-needs on this promotional pricing. Houston Texas Memorials & Funeral Homes is an online direct cremation service only.
